Hot Dog Chili Recipe

possibilities for this tasty chili sauce are endless!
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 6-ounce can tomato paste
- 2 tsp chili powder, more to taste
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup water
In a large skillet brown ground beef. When almost browned, add garlic and blend in.
Once ground beef is browned, spoon out any extra fat from the pan, taking care not to remove any of the garlic pieces.
Add tomato paste, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, onion powder, and chili powder and blend.
Increase heat so mixture begins to simmer. Turn down heat to low and let simmer for 45-50 minutes.
You can serve right away or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Serve on hot dogs, brats, pasta, or baked potatoes. Pairs well with coleslaw.
