Chicken and Stuffing Slow Cooker Recipe

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 ounces cube stuffing
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock
- 1 can condensed cream soup 10.5 ounces
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add salt and black pepper.
In a medium-size bowl, whisk together cream soup and broth until mostly smooth. Pour mixture over top of chicken.
Evenly distribute stuffing over top of chicken. Sprinkle cranberries and paprika over top of stuffing.
Cover and cook 3-4 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low until chicken is tender and internal temperature is 165°F.
- Chicken is done when tender and internal temperature is 165°F.
- Add the stuffing to the slow cooker last unless you want it softer and more incorporated into the rest of the ingredients. It will soften due to the liquid below, but it will mostly retain its shape and be a bit firmer in texture.
