Copycat Recipes

I really love the challenge of creating a copycat recipe at home.  Most of the time I find that my rendition is better tasting and (of course) less expensive than the original.

Some of my favorites come from Panda Express - like my Panda Express Mushroom Chicken, Texas Roadhouse - like my Texas Roadhouse Green Beans recipe, and from Panera Bread - my Spicy Thai Salad rendition.

Even if you don't know of these restaurants, you can still appreciate and enjoy these unique recipes.  Let me know what you think!
